Air Conditioner Lab provides a free online platform that connects business and renters with licensed HVAC professionals. We do not perform repairs or employ any contractors. All work is performed by independent third-party professionals.
User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and truthful information on our request form.
- Not submit false or fraudulent requests.
- Be at least 18 years old, or use the service with a parent or guardian.
Consent to Contact
By submitting your information, you consent to be contacted by Air Conditioner Lab and up to three matched professionals via phone, text, and email — including autodialed or prerecorded messages. Consent is not required for any purchase. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.
Disclaimer & Liability
The service is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about the quality or availability of matched professionals. We are not liable for any disputes or damages arising from services provided by third-party professionals. Our total liability shall not exceed $100.
Governing Law & Changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. We may update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
